Los Gallombares is an agricultural cooperative with a long experience of over 20 years, dedicated since its beginning to handling green asparagus produced in Western Granada. It all began on 17th January, 1995, in the region of Ventorros de San José (Loja), where a group of thirty farmers devoted to their farmlands, decided to create a small cooperative aimed to boost the commercialisation of their production.
