Poniente Granadino

Gallombares partners own their farmland in the most western part of Granada, called Poniente Granadino. These lands cover plains, countryside and highland landscape. The most outstanding feature of this area is the fertility of its soil, which provides optimum conditions for the cultivation of this product.

A large proportion of the land is irrigated which eases its production, while the rest is non-irrigated land, which is adapted to the lack of water.

Los Gallombares covers approximately 2000 hectares of cultivated land covering all the region of rural Western Granada.
